The Canon EOS R5C is a mirrorless hybrid system camera with a large 45-megapixel full-frame sensor, offering premium image quality and shooting experience. This camera is largely based on the EOS R5 but includes a host of features suited for video use. Usability and ergonomics combined with cutting-edge technology crown the overall package. In terms of usability and features, this camera is especially suitable for solo working professional videographers and advanced enthusiasts who know what they want from a camera. The Canon EOS R5C camera offers unprecedented features along with Canon’s well-known clear usability and reliability.

The Canon EOS R5C is equipped with the 45-megapixel sensor and powerful processor familiar from the EOS R5. Canon’s unique Dual Pixel CMOS AF II autofocus is best in class and allows autofocus to work in extremely low light (-6 EV with an f/1.2 lens). The autofocus also includes modern eye and face detection that works excellently in both video and photo modes. The precise OLED viewfinder makes shooting easier, and you can instantly preview images on the large and sharp 8 cm LCD screen.

The EOS R5’s video features are unparalleled. You can shoot 8K DCI/UHD video even in RAW format directly to a CF Express card at about 2600 Mbps bitrate. The R5 records 4K video at 60 fps, all also in 10-bit 4:2:2. The EOS R5C even records 120 fps slow-motion videos in 4K. The R5C enhances the already excellent features of Cinema EOS cameras by adding, among many other features, 12-bit Cinema RAW Light recording. Thanks to the internal active cooling system, content creators can shoot high-quality 8K video for hours.
