The Noctua NA-FC1 is a compact fan controller for PWM fans. The controller operates independently when connected directly to a power supply, or it can be connected to the motherboard's PWM header. The controller also features a "No stop" mode, which ensures the fan runs at a minimum speed of 300 rpm.
