Tuote viallinen ja puutteellinen. Piti lähteä noutamaan uusi liikkeestä ja toivoa, että se on kunnossa. Toinenkin saman merkin tuote oli virheellinen, muttei haluttu vaihtaa, kun niin pieni virhe ja leikkiin oli päästävä.
