OK tulostin, onneton tuki
Tulostin on hyvä, mutta ongelmien ilmetessä tuen saaminen on onnettoman hidasta. Tulostin alkoi tuhoamaan tarranauhakasetteja ja reklamaatiossa ja huollossa kesti kuukausia, eikä lopulta edes kerrottu mitä laitteelle on tehty.
