The Garmin Catalyst is the first virtual driving coach and performance optimizer in the industry, set to revolutionize the motorsport world. This device attaches to your car's cockpit, collecting performance data and providing real-time audio guidance. Analyzing your driving performance immediately after your session helps drivers of all levels maximize their track potential in the best way possible. The groundbreaking True Track Positioning™ technology utilizes accelerometers, a 10 Hz multi-satellite system, and image processing to produce the optimal driving line on the track. The unique True Optimal Lap™ technology displays the best achievable lap time based on the driver's actual driven, repeatable racing lines. While on the track, drivers receive real-time audio instructions through compatible headphones or streamed via Bluetooth to their car stereo. After driving, performance data and areas for improvement can be checked right away on the device's touchscreen.
