I recently purchased a DeLonghi capsule coffee machine for my wife to replace one we had that was unreliable. This unit works first time, every time, is easy to use and clean, and importantly makes good coffee. It is a great little unit.

Great Nespresso machine. We wore out our last machine. It did more than 10 ristrettos a day for over 7 years. Did not hesitate to replace it with the same model.

I had the U Solo for 12 years (2 machines) and I loved it. Bought this CitiZ when last U Solo died. I’m so disappointed with how loud it is. I have a newborn baby so need my caffeine but the machine is so loud I’m always worried it will wake the baby! I rang support and queried it. They said it’s just a loud machine and the U Solo was a quiet machine. Why stop making the U when it was far superior in my opinion!? Not happy. Doesn’t seem to be another alternative without going to one with built in milk which I don’t want.

Just bought our second replacement DeLonghi Citiz Nespresso coffee machine after having many years use of our initial machine. Ideal for our Lungo coffees.

Makes a good coffee. This is my third one of these but the previous one was badged 'Breville', not DeLonghi, so I am not sure if they use the exact same parts. These usually last me about 2-3 years with heavy use, but it is still great value and worth replacing with the same model.
