Asus ROG STRIX ARION external hard drive enclosure, M.2 USB-C 3.2 Gen2, PCIe NVMe

I’ve been really impressed with the ASUS Strix storage. It’s fast, reliable, and fits perfectly into my workflow, both at my desk and out in the field. As someone working with large photo and video files, having something compact, dependable, and easy to use makes a big difference. The design feels premium, performance has been great, and overall it’s been a brilliant bit of kit for my everyday work.

Jos jotain kiinnostaa, niin Debian trixie toimii todella vikkelästi ko. kotelosta NVMe-levyltä USB-C-liitännän kautta jo ihan pienitehoisellakin tietokoneella.

Testasin juuri kyseisen laitteen, ja se vastaa USB-C-väylän nopeutta tiedonsiirrossa. Kätevä kotelo kulkee helposti mukana minne tahansa tarpeen mukaan.

Helppo käyttää ja toimii kuten pitää, ei mitään ihmeellisiä kommervenkkejä, aika straight forward ihan kaikin puolin. Ja nätti.

Very solidly built and well-designed enclosure with seemingly good heat dissipation. Works with Linux without a problem, I successfully booted from my old SSD I put into this enclosure and transferred its contents to the new SSD installed in my laptop.

It does what is advertising, it looks good ,easy install and well built. My version a

has the 2 types of cables making it the best thing when you are limited in ports.

Really easy to use and get started with. Sturdy build and stylish machining. Performs it's functions adequately without heating up.

Ideal way to carry loads of storage around with you takes all M.2 Drives

Päivittelyn jälkeen jäi 500 m.2 ylimääräiseksi niin tämän kanssa sai senkin käyttöön. Kotelossa c usb ja mukana tulevilla 2 kaapelilla saa kiinni koneeseen normi usbilla taikka puhelimeen c usbilla. Kätevä paikka kopsailla puhelimen galleria taikka vain ulkoisena asemana käyttää koneella. Nopeuksien kanssa en ole huomannu ongelmia.
