Heti alussa nousi eteen ongelma, eli alkuperäinen suulake? Imurin tehoa ei pystynyt säätämään riittävän alas joten umpinainen suulake tarrasi mattoihin/lattiaan liian rajusti. Imurointi oli todella vaikeaa ja raskasta. Ratkaisin ongelman tilaamalla toiset, tarvikkeena myytävät mattosuulakkeen ja yleissuulakkeen. Näillä (varaosilla) imurointi onnistuu ihan hyvin ja ongelmat ovat poissa. Electrolux voisi ottaa tästä opiksi?
