The ceramic grilling dish is excellent for grilling and serving fish, meat, vegetables, and smaller foods that would otherwise fall through the grates. The pan's textured bottom adds delicious grill marks to the food. Thanks to the practical spout, excess fat and liquid are easy to pour off.
