The BenQ LK990 BlueCore 4K HDR laser projector is a versatile and powerful tool for business and exhibition use. Razor-sharp 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 resolution, 6000 lumens brightness, and a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio create an incredibly precise and bright image where details are clearly distinguishable. Laser technology allows for a long light source lifespan of 20,000 hours (normal) and continuous 24/7 use. 360-degree projection and IP6X DustGuard Pro dust protection ensure that public spaces are a common setting for the projector, just like any other.

The LK990 utilizes revolutionary 0.67” single-chip DMD DLP technology to create a 4K UHD 3840x2160 resolution image with 8.3 million pixels per frame, meeting CTA standards and enabling a compact and stylish design suitable for modern business environments. The 4K UHD image has four times the resolution of Full HD 1080p, reducing pixel blur and producing an incredibly sharp image with clearly defined details.

BenQ Auto HDR Color Rendition technology-enhanced HDR 10 support offers more brightness, contrast, and image optimization, displaying all details in 4K video content. Additionally, the LK952 uses 4K Image Amplifying enhancement technology, which automatically upscales images to 4K and ensures sharp detail reproduction. The device also features Pixel Focus technology, an adaptive edge enhancement feature for moving images that detects color changes between the subject and background, producing sharp edges and precise surface textures.

A wide throw ratio (1.38 - 2.02) and 1.47x zoom along with broad lens shift (vertical 60 degrees and horizontal 25 degrees) allow installations in a variety of environments. Horizontal and vertical keystone correction further simplifies setup or use with a mobile stand. The device can be tilted vertically at any angle and project onto ceilings, walls, or floors, and it supports 24/7 operation. The projector’s ECO features and sealed DLP technology make it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. BenQ BlueCore single-chip DLP technology enables it to last up to 100,000 hours without image quality degradation, color shifting, or loss of text readability.

Additional projector features facilitate use, such as HDMI out connectivity allowing chaining multiple projectors to display the same image, digital image adjustment for fine-tuning installation, image memory, and remote control ID setting (which pairs the projector with a specific remote) for easier daily operation. The projector supports Extron, PJ-Link, AMX, and Crestron control systems. BenQ’s Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) software enables management of multiple projectors with one computer. The projector comes with a 5-year warranty (or 20,000 hours, whichever comes first).

Depending on the application and intended use, we especially recommend the Instashow wireless signal transmission solution from BenQ as an accessory.
