A piece of art!
I always wanted a flat tawa (pan) for all those Indian flat delicacies like dosa (pancakes), chapati and roti. I have found this pan very handy ! After a careful seasoning procedure this pan is ready to go! It works fabulously like a non-stick devoid of those harmful PFAS.
