Spiegelau is part of the Riedel group and is one of the oldest glass manufacturers in Europe. Spiegelau glasses are made using a special platinum glass process, which removes all possible impurities from the glass mass. This process ensures crystal-clear glasses with a surface that is microscopically smooth. The quality significantly affects the durability of the glasses as well. Spiegelau glasses have been tested to withstand over 1500 dishwasher cycles without scratching or losing their brilliance.

With the Spiegelau beer set, you can experience how different beer glasses enhance the aroma and flavor of your brew. The set includes a tulip glass, a lager glass, a wheat beer glass, and an IPA glass. It's a perfect gift idea for beer enthusiasts!

Beer Temperature and Appearance
In the thin Spiegelau beer glasses, beer stays fresh and cool for longer. In thicker, lower-quality glasses, beer warms up more quickly and loses carbonation. With a thin, high-quality glass, you can easily distinguish the color differences resulting from various malts, the amount of carbonation, the height of the foam, and its composition (viscosity/clarity) with just a glance.

Beer Aroma
The delicate aromas of quality beer arise from the balance of yeast, water, malt sweetness, and hop bitterness. You can detect floral, herbal, and fruity notes in the aroma. The right-shaped glass enhances the array of scents, allowing the subtle aromas to reach your nose.

Beer Flavor
From a Spiegelau beer glass, the aromas guide themselves to your nose and different parts of your mouth in a desired manner. In a poorly shaped glass, the beer's flavor can become bitter, bland, and overall uninteresting. Additionally, when drinking, the beer flows to the back of the mouth, emphasizing the bitter taste.
