Näillä saa tehtyä kätevästi kotitreenin mikäli ei ehdi salille ja yhdistämällä kaikki painot yhteen tankoon vastustakin on riittävästi. Aika kolisevat, mutta ei se mitään. Miinusta kierrelukosta joka löystyy omia aikojaan.
