Good and fast service. Try it!

Inks fine, what more can I say

I got what I ordered rather quickly so that part was good. But I still find it confusing and time consuming to see clearly where and how I easily find my stuff. So the ordering part in the beginning should be less complicated. I think it's an idea to work with this. Just a suggestion. Otherwise the products are good - when you've found them ..

The package quickly and was as advertised

Arrived on time, fitted correctly and no problems

I wanted a full set of inks and there was no PGBlack.

The whole package worked out cheaper than anywhere else.

I baught this ink for the company and its been 3 months unable to use it when I bought the ink i put in the printer name yet its missing a mu

Trying to break open the bulletproof packaging nearly destroyed one of my best kitchen knives and made me angry. Attention needs urgently to be given to dispatching your products in an environmentally friendly way which is both protective and easy to open. No plastic unless composta\ble. Repeat, no plastic. Why not be a leader in environmentally packaging?

Exasperated to find that I would have to buy a PGBK cartridge separately

The photo paper was excellent quality, the photos came out great! Definitely worth a buy if you want to do your own photo printing, had no problems with the ink =)

Good expedient delivery this time

I bought the package mistakenly thinking all 4 cartridges would be included. Unfortunately only the 3 smaller cartridges were there and not the larger black ink cartridge despite a larger than necessary package. Not an environmentally friendly approach, I would suggest. I have ordered the other cartridge subsequently.
