My new mixer is making quite a loud grinding noise when in first speed.

I have used it several times for making bread. It works really well, sturdy and does what it should!

The mixer was a gift so unwrapped yesterday and used for the first time today. I’ve just finished a carrot cake and will top it with frosting - normally a slog, but easy to make perfectly with the Kitchen Aid mixer. It’s not particularly noisy and is a work of classic art as much as a fantastic kitchen tool.

I have always wanted a kitchen aid mixer, luckily in conjunction with Bonne maman this was our prize.

A wonderful addition to my kitchen... I should have invested years ago. Who knew that there are so many incredible attachments available too! My only reason for not giving it a 5 star review is that the metal strip with "kitchen aid" imprinted on it, is slightly lose and feels an inferior quality to the rest of the machine. It feels like it may not last for the lifespan of the kitchen aid itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer stopped working after only 1 hour of mixing and ever since, it won't work properly. Very disappointing to say the least! Paid for a premium product that seems to malfunction and left me hanging when I relied on it.

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for ages having used cheaper mixers before this mixer is by far the best. I love it and look forward to using it regularly.

Excellent machine the best expensive but worth it, had been holding back and bought cheaper version which didn’t last and weren’t efficient so glad I finally bought a kitchen aid

Love my KitchenAid stand mixer. Made my own bread buns recently. It makes easy work of kneading dough and it's not too noisy. Easy to use and clean.

Jos kilon pizzataikinan vaivaaminen aiheuttaa koneen kuumenemisen, hajun ja taikinan pursuamisen yli kulhon, niin ei ole laite meille. Piti hakata kulho irti jalustasta kun jäi jumiin!! Harmi kun tuli heitettyä laatikko pois, kun uskottiin näitä kommentteja ja arvosteluja. Saa nähdä saako rahoja enää takaisin.

Great mixer but unfortunately the dough attachment is slightly damaged at the top but it dsnt effect me as it’s on the top hence 4 stars as not perfect

Worth every penny , wish I’d bought one years ago . Very happy with purchase

I have had my new kitchenaid for 12 days. After two uses the planetary stopped rotating. I am currently in the process of getting a refund/replacement but the machine malfunctioned at 5pm on a Friday when all personnel had left for the weekend. I can’t say how frustrated and disappointed I am.

I was hoping for more reliability. Should have got a Kenwood.

Easy to use, quiet machine. First cake turned out beautifully. So far so good! 😊

I really like how this stand mixer is so stable; no chance of it jumping about on the worktop whilst in use. It is considerably quieter than other stand mixers I have used and it beats cake mixtures really thoroughly. I have just ordered the grating and slicing attachment, so I await to see how efficiently that will work with this mixer. So far very happy with this product.

Treated myself to a stand mixer as wanted to make my own bread but didn't want a bulky breadmaker taking up space. It takes the chore out of kneading dough and means I can have whatever shape bread I want. Easy to use and clean and suprisingly quiet. No regrets!
