Arcos leikkuulauta
Laudassa yhdistyy muovin ja puun parhaat ominaisuudet. Helppo pitää puhtaana, kestää kuumankin konepesun, kuivuu nopeasti, pitää veitset terävinä, ei käyristy kuuman pesun jälkeen vaan pysyy suorana. Itseäni ei tuo laudan kovuus haittaa, koska tiedän sen olevan tässä tapauksessa hyväksi veitsilleni. Tähän lautaan sirtymisen jälkeen olen voinut jättää 2/3 terotus kerrasta väliin. Liukkauteen on helppo ratkaisu rätti laudan alle tai silikoninen leivonta-alusta.
