KVM:ssä voisi tietty vaihtua myös näytöt koneesta toiseen, mutta se nostaisi hintaa merkittävästi. Nyt näppis ja hiiri vaihtuvat helposti telakassa olevan työkoneen ja siviilikoneen välillä. Käyttömukavuudesta yksi tähti pois, koska ei oikein pysy paikallaan pöydällä. Nyt on velcronauhalla kiinni telakan päällä.
