I am a regular purchaser of Canon printer cartridges as I have a Canon printer. The cartridges are easy to install and printing quality is excellent-both black and colour. I have had three Canon printers now and each was an improvement on the last and the cartridges are always consistent.

Excellent service I wouldn’t buy from elsewhere

I’m afraid I’m rather disappointed, I bought xl cartridges to print my Christmas cards and though there was very little yellow in the design there was quite a lot of red and green. I printed about 80 and a brand new cartridge ran out of yellow and I needed a second. None of the other colours ran out as far as the test showed not even the red or green. I’m stuck with this type because of the printer I have.

Arrived on time and worked as expected, but took 2 attempts to install

I always purchase genuine inks for my printer. Cheaper products give lesser quality results.

I ordered this as my printer was running out of toner. It arrived the following day, which I thought was very impressive.

The customer service was excellent, the product arrived within two days of ordering and this was in the lead up to Christmas. I noticed the ink level was low and not wishing to be without my printer over the Christmas/New Year period ordered my first supply for the Canon Pixma TS3335. To date I haven't yet replaced the ink as the original supplied with the printer is still being used. My rating of 4 stars is only because I have not yet replaced the cartridges so unable to comment on how easy the process is.
