Restaurant-quality alder charcoal containing large pieces of charcoal. Unlike typical "basic gas station charcoal," the large charcoal pieces burn longer and provide more even heat. Made from pure Baltic alder wood in accordance with sustainable forestry standards. The charcoal is FSC certified.
