Yhteys Eaton UPS Companion euc_win_1_04_017.exe-ohjelmalla ja USB-kaapelilla UPS:n ja tietokoneen välillä toimi epäluotettavasti, epätarkoituksenmukaisesti ja mahdollisesti vaarallisesti. Tietokone piti käynnistää korjauslevyltä. Viruksia ei ollut. Palautin laitteen.
