Pysyy huonosti raiteilla ajettaessa jyrkimpiin mutkiin. Infrapunan teho heikko ja säde varsin kapea, joten ohjainta saa osoittaa melkotarkasti veturin vastaanottimeen. Lapsi tykkäsi kumminkin vaikka käytössä hieman haasteita. Ehkä tälläiseen liikkuuvaan kohteeseen oisi voinut harkita toisenlaista langatonta teknologiaa.
