[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally speaking the functionality of the tv is great but we have found that when watching people they are often fuzzy or blurry and distorted particularly when they’re in the middle ground. Also some of the colours, particularly red are way too bright. It seems to be a common complaint that we didn’t know till now. We’ve now spent ages with online help retuning all the settings to try and make it better but now it’s not a million miles away from just looking like a normal tele. I don’t think I’d do it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaced my 7-year-old LG OLED55B8PLA, which suddenly died and left only sound. The TV was delivered by a two-man delivery team on the day given and within the delivery window. The TV came well packaged, but it's always a concern unpacking and lifting it into its final position, though it is not overly heavy.

When I was ready to set it up, the voice guidance was ridiculously fast and pretty much useless. No quick start or instruction manual was included; just selecting the operating language was like a game of whack-O-mole. The old TV's settings menu was much easier to navigate, although slower.

So with the help of Gemini and YouTube, it was set up. Using a Virgin Flex box for TV gave a superb picture for a 65" OLED TV. The automatic shutdown program being set by default was annoying, so that took a Google search to help find the setting in the operating system.

So I would highly recommend it as long as you like a challenge to set it up, which to me is part of the enjoyment of purchasing a new piece of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality on this are truly excellent and infinitely adjustable to suit your location, mood and content. The LG channels are an interesting curiosity but not what I want, I will never watch all the regular channels, however the TV defaults to use these and its difficult to set the progamme guide to default to TV (Still not sure how I did it). There is no Android integration and so you are locked in to proprietary software and addons, and worst of all for me there is no netword enabled file browser to let me watch my collection of digitised movies.

Got this to go with a brand new xbox and it is stunning. The black levels are amazing and the fact the soundbar is controlled with the TV speakers using one control is awesome.

It really is like being at the cinema.

The OLED display produces incredibly deep blacks, excellent contrast and vibrant, natural-looking colours, making everything from films and TV shows to sports and gaming look fantastic.

The 4K picture is exceptionally sharp, with plenty of detail, while the Al picture processing does a great job of optimising what you're watching. HDR content in particular looks superb, with bright highlights and impressive contrast without losing detail in darker scenes.

Overall, this is a superb premium TV that combines outstanding picture quality, an impressive design and excellent smart features. If you're looking for a large-screen OLED that feels genuinely special, the LG

Collection and delivery worked well.

Not sure about the QR code operation to download the correct model manual; there were so many to choose from!

Was able to set it up, primarily due to my knowledge of the previous model and going online.

Picture quality seems excellent but still evaluating in different scenes including those shot in semi darkness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The graphics are the best I've seen on a TV. I like how I'm able to get 165Hz on this TV with such great quality and detail. Personally, I'd tell you to get this TV; it's worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research following the purchase of a Samsung TV earlier this year which had to be returned, I opted for the LG OLED C6 48". The TV is great & after a few false starts, pretty easy to navigate the menu to set it up to our taste.

There is only one issue with it. I am unable to access Netflix either via the App on the Home screen or the dedicated button on the remote control without the screen juddering once I log into Netflix. Once this happens its impossible to select a programme or continue watching something you were watching previously. I've read some reviews from other C6 owners who say this occurs when using the magic remote cursor/pointer. But the same issue persists even without the pointer activated. I can only get to Netflix via my Amazon Firestick which is not ideal.

For this reason I have given the OLED C6 only 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv quality is good, only issue i have, and im still awaiting help from lg is i have bose in hdmi port, and although it says you can use tv ears, it cannot be plugged in with bose as onlt 1 out sound source works, very frustrating as i checked pre purchase and didnt know i would have an isdue with using both together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is runs well and smooth from what I experienced Sound is pretty poor for some games though. Graphics look great though a bit too bright at times had adujust brightness quite abit. Also the fact the 42 inch was woled is a let down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV that lives up to all of my expectations, picture quality and options are superb, and the sound quality is excellent too. My only minor quibble is the AI remote which is difficult to control and the removal of a source button seems a bit strange, but it is easy enough to use or switch the controls to something a bit easier to handle. Otherwise, the apps on the TV are comprehensive and useful.
