Excellent Printer
I bought this printer recently and have been very pleased with its performance. It is quick and the print quality is excellent. Easy scanning system. Very happy with this purchase.

We bought this printer for its ink usage and scanning capabilities. We are really pleased with the duplex scanning. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy.
I have paid a lot of money for this printer and my expectations were disappointing.
I wish the manufacturer paid a bit more attention to detail for the end product.

Having gone to great lengths online researching a new printer.
The same two or three names kept coming up.
I chose the Canon.
I asked my IT guys to help set this up on my iMacs and to make it available for all users in the building. This process took way longer than anyone expected and in the end we had to get further help. So not an easy set up.
But the disappointment on seeing my first prints, I am upset with this choice.
