Unfortunate I experienced a Strok one day after recipe my no Maxify GX6150 and now unable to understand the iinstrences

I am delighted with this Canon printer for my home office. It was easy to set up and use and is a little powerhouse with double sided printing as a bonus, making it even more cost efficient than expected. The app is very easy to use and we've had no problems connecting multiple users to the printer. The quality of the printing is exceptional and consistent, and these mega tanks rarely need refilling.

I bought this for my home office and was not disappointed

The printer prints slowly, I don't know where the claimed parameters come from, maybe only on blank pages. The quality of the photos is terrible. Every six months, the printhead dries out and you have to go to the service center to have it replaced. I do not recommend it to anyone, it's better to buy a laser printer.

Bought about a month ago. Easy setup (including Mac and phones), fillable tanks straightforward and mess free. Plain printing fast (compared to basic home printer it replaced). Photo printing not quite as good as 7 tank printer Canon it replaced - but only up close and we don't print many photos now.

I am delighted with my new printer but I had grave concerns as a result of trying to connect the printer to my laptop through your canon link online. After unsuccessful attempts I eventually had to use the disk to make the connection. However I then received a phone call from someone purporting to be a representative from Canon saying 'I'm here to help you as I see you had problems connecting your printer'. I took this call in good faith despite the caller phoning again a couple of days later. At tis point the printer was working but after about a week it stopped and popped up with the message saying 'the printer was offline'. In all innocence I phoned 'Tony' (he left his name) on 02032892252 which I think was the number he left but I'm not 100% sure. Whilst on the phone he put me through various procedures (having taken over my laptop) and told me that the fault was with the drivers on my laptop and I had a virus which would allow anyone to access my details. He could solve this for a fee ............at this point I realised that I was being scammed and ended the call. My connection problem was only solved when I took the printer and laptop into our local IT company. I feel that you should know of this scam to protect other customers being caught out with a bogus Canon Customer Service personnel. Good quality printer, although a bit pricey. But cheap to run. Easy to set up.

Happy with it - fantastic

Replaced my Canon G4050 with the new MAXIFY GX6050 and it is an outstanding printer. Automatic double sided printing makes a real plus and the control screen is highly visible. Excellent all around.

A good all-in-one printer. After coming from a standard inkjet, this printer is very economical. A tidy form factor which offers all the standard office functions.

I had this GX6050 for 6 weeks. I bought it as a home office device to handle the printing of lengthy reports and to support our children's homework. Its very good at that with fast good quality prints. It does struggle with wi-fi connectivity as we live in an old house with thick walls that has required me to un-install and re-install the drivers occasionally but otherwise good.

I have just tried to use this printer for the first time to print a fifty page document. I wanted to print on both sides but it was not obvious how to do this so I thought I would do one copy printing one side only just to see the quality of the print. Two thirds the way through and the paper jammed. I carefully pulled out the two pages involved but it still told me the paper was jammed. I opened the back and also raised the top half of the machine and I could see no sign of a jam.

Until I can get someone to help me I am stuck with an unusable printer and an unfinished job.

Really like this product. Prior to having this printer I dealt real anxiety when the kids asked to print something, is the printer connected to the right network, will there be enough ink, will the paper have run out. All sorted with this, very low printing costs and maintenance, easy to set up and connect, great scanning / photocopying, good software to adjust setting, speed, paper size etc. Highly recommended

This printer really gives low costs of print but a lot of bugs and imperfections. Apparently, given that the printer has only just been launched on the market and the utilities and drivers, along with the firmware, have not yet been worked out. We are having problems connecting to different computers in the office and the printer also smudges when it prints double-sided pages. We are hopeful that the printer will work properly after the firmware update.
