[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good, a bit annoying that you need to download an app and register an account just to understamd the functions though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid Washer/Dryer that's fitted our needs well. I didn't think I'd use or need the app integration but being able to add new cycles and keep an eye on it from a distance has been very useful. Never had an issue with an LG product (so far). Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer Dryer is more stylish, Intellegent, sleek and promosing tyan the one I had before from different brand. Would recommend this product for Washer & Dryer cobmined performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my partner just moved into a new home and needed a new washing machine. We opted for this as it was sleek, large volume and really great value for money. So far we love it. It has an AI feature that can detect the loads. No complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never knew a washing machine could clean so well. There are so many programmes to choose from and I'm particularly loving the TurboWash 360 feature. The drum is huge and dries our clothes, including towels, very well. Nice and quiet too which is a big bonus living in a flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and efficient machine, very easy to use, lots of program choice. The app works really well and being able to save a favourite program into the machine is very handy as it means you don't need to use the app at all if you don't want to. My previous machine was very limited with out app access, but this is still feature rich without it (obviously there are more options with the app). The machine is really quiet, it cleans and dries really well and we are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a great experience with the LG FWY916BBTN1 so far. The washing and drying performance has been excellent, with clothes coming out clean and fresh every time.

One of the biggest advantages is how quiet the machine is. It runs with very little noise and noticeably less vibration compared to other brands I've used, making it much more pleasant to have running, even during longer cycles.

I also really like the LG app experience. It's easy to use, lets me monitor and control cycles remotely, and sends helpful notifications when a load is finished. The smart features are genuinely useful and add to the overall convenience.

Overall, this washer dryer has been reliable, efficient, and easy to use. If you're looking for a quiet machine with excellent performance and a well-designed app, I'd definitely recommend the LG FWY916BBTN1.

Noise levels higher than expected, AI detection takes longer to complete assessment and display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 4th LG washing machine or washer/dryer that we have bought. This is the quietest one so far. I levelled the machine initially, and the gave the feet a final tweak while it was spinning, which made a surprising improvement to the vibration and noise - the trick seems to be getting the feet loaded equally, rather than just using them to level the machine. The ThinQ App seemed like a bit of a gimmick, but it's actually quite useful (remote start, total number of cycles etc.).

If you're wondering what happened to the DUVET cycle on the large machines, don't worry - it can be downloaded via the App, but it will replace the default Rinse & Spin "downloaded cycle".

We're very happy. Again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spent quite a while researching whick make and model to get, found this particular washer dryer on offer from LG and with an extra trade in bonus making it a very good deal compared to the competition.

No regrets on the choice of LG, easy to use display, huge load capacity and takes anywhere from 2hrs:20min to 3:15 to do a wash & dry cycle which is pretty fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really Powerful washer dryer , we love it cleans and dry vey well with high tech inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my next washer-dryer from LG. My previous one lasted 12 years🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful washing machine, silent and very elegant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice, stylish, and versatile. Low noise and vibration.

Some washing programmes comparing to ither versions are missing though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good looking washer, yet to check the performance though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought this washer dryer and have been using it regularly. With a busy household, we do a lot of washing, and this machine has handled it really well so far.

The wash programmes are easy to use and effective, especially the quick wash and fabric-specific options. Drying has also been reliable, and the low-heat setting is great for more delicate items.

The ThinQ app is a nice bonus — being able to download extra programmes and control the machine from my phone is very convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer dryer last month washing ok but not used dryer yet, as do not trust the water inlet. As water seems to be dripping through soap draw, even though washing has stopped.

Very very very very very good. Will you now stop emailing me for feedback please?
