I've been a Deathadder fan for years, and the V4 Pro is a clear step forward compared to the previous V3 Pro. The shape is still that same classic, hand-friendly design. The weight has dropped nicely (around 56 g) without the mouse feeling cheap or hollow. The build is solid, no creaking or flex when you press on it. The surface has a pleasant matte finish that grips well even during longer gaming sessions, and sweat isn't an issue. The new 45K sensor is practically flawless.. tracking is precise even during fast movements, and there are no spin-outs. I mainly play FPS games (Warzone, BO7, BF6) and the difference compared to the previous generation is especially noticeable in micro-movements. The 8000 Hz polling rate works wirelessly without any issues (you should have a good cpu for 8k polling rate), and the battery still lasts surprisingly well. The optical switches are snappy and clicks feel very fast. The scroll wheel has improved noticeably, with clearer steps than on the V3. If you're looking for a competitive wireless mouse and don't want to compromise, this is currently the best choice on the market.
