Verkkokauppa.com’s 2025 Sustainability Report is out – focusing on climate action and bringing the circular economy online

Verkkokauppa.com has published its 2025 sustainability report, prepared in accordance with the EU's European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and published as part of the Board of Directors' report.
The report provides a comprehensive overview of the company's governance practices regarding material sustainability topics and presents its sustainability goals and progress in 2025. Additionally, the report includes emissions reporting covering the entire value chain and extensive personnel metrics. The company brochure, part of the annual reporting suite, summarizes the progress of sustainability work in 2025.

Sustainability progress in 2025
- We expanded our range of used and refurbished products and the Trade-in service, laying the foundation for future growth. In 2025, sales of circular economy products and services grew by 1%. The return rate remained low at 0.7%.
- Climate goal achieved: emissions from our own operations in Finland were reduced to zero. The company committed to science-based climate targets. Procurement processes were further developed to monitor compliance.
- We continued to develop personnel expertise and strengthened well-being through a mental health program and occupational safety campaigns.
