Verkkokauppa.com is auctioning hundreds of quality cameras this weekend – starting prices from €1.
Press release 16.10.2024
Verkkokauppa.com is auctioning photography equipment with a starting price of 1 euro on October 19–20 at its Jätkäsaari store in Helsinki. A total of 300 products will be auctioned, most of which are cameras and lenses. The selection also includes 24 smartphones.
“The idea for the auction came from our decision to update all our store demo products to the latest models at once. This is a unique opportunity to upgrade or expand your photography gear – it’s a dream come true for photographers,” says Verkkokauppa.com’s Commercial Director Tatu Kaleva.
The auctions will be held in six sessions on Saturday and Sunday at 11:00, 12:00, and 13:00. Product lists are available on the Verkkokauppa.com event page, where you can also place pre-bids until Thursday, October 17, at 20:00. You can also watch the auction live streams on the same page.
The auction features a high-quality selection of professional photography equipment. A few brand-new smartphones are also up for bid, such as an iPhone 16 Pro Max returned by a customer.
“It’s now possible to get your hands on rare, valuable, and even exceptional finds,” says Verkkokauppa.com’s Sales Specialist and professional photographer Henry Söderlund.
