Verkkokauppa.com named one of Finland's most innovative companies

Verkkokauppa.com has been recognized as one of Finland's most innovative companies. For the first time, Finnish consumers were surveyed on corporate innovation in the Finnish Innovation Index (FII) study by Hanken School of Economics. The study ranks companies based on consumer perceptions of innovation, with Verkkokauppa.com placing in the top 10. Other ranked companies include Fiskars Group, F-Secure, and Fazer Group.
Developed in collaboration with the Norwegian School of Economics, this consumer-experience-based study is already used in six countries. The research explores how consumers define a company's innovativeness and appeal based on their own experiences. Approximately 2,500 consumers participated, evaluating the innovativeness of 53 different companies.
