The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements, the Auditor's Report, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report for 2020.
Verkkokauppa.com PLC is publishing its financial statements for the first time as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent limited assurance report on the ESEF financial statements prepared by Verkkokauppa.com. The assurance engagement was conducted in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3000 (Revised).
