How to enter

Prize draw and winner notification
- Winners are drawn within five business days after the competition ends. The draw is conducted using a third-party random generator and supervised by at least two people.
- Winners will be tagged in the competition post on Facebook or Instagram and contacted via direct message. In-store giveaway winners will be notified by email.
- Verkkokauppa.com will arrange prize delivery with the winner individually. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, Verkkokauppa.com reserves the right to draw a new winner.
Use of personal data and feedback
By entering, you agree that Verkkokauppa.com may collect necessary contact details, such as your name and email address. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except when a partner ships the prize directly to the winner. All information is confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel. Entering the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Tax liability
Verkkokauppa.com Oyj pays the lottery tax on all prizes. Prizes are tax-free for winners.

Giveaway duration
The draw takes place monthly. Verkkokauppa.com will notify subscribers if the giveaway is discontinued.
Prizes
Prizes include two monthly €500 Verkkokauppa.com gift cards—one for consumer newsletter subscribers and one for business newsletter subscribers. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Prize draw and winner notification
Winners are drawn during the first week of each month from all current subscribers (including companies for the business newsletter). Verkkokauppa.com will notify winners via the email address used for the subscription. Delivery will be arranged individually. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, Verkkokauppa.com reserves the right to draw a new winner for that month.

The organizer is responsible for paying the statutory lottery tax on the prizes mentioned in these rules.

The winner will be drawn within five business days of the campaign's end using a third-party random generator. Verkkokauppa.com will notify the winner personally via their registered email address. Prize delivery will be arranged individually. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Verkkokauppa.com reserves the right to draw a new winner.
Prize
The prizes consist of four gift card sets. Each set contains ten €50 Verkkokauppa.com gift cards.

How to enter
The prize draw is open to everyone who makes a purchase at Verkkokauppa.com between November 15, 2024, and December 2, 2024 (the campaign period).
- Online purchases and purchases registered to a Verkkokauppa.com account: All online customers and customers who register their in-store purchases to their account will be entered into the draw automatically. No separate entry form is required.
- Entering with a purchase not registered to a Verkkokauppa.com account: You can also enter by filling out a separate form at:https://forms.office.com/e/XwbV0HuJuJ (Ulkoinen palvelu) (Avautuu uuteen välilehteen). When entering, you must provide Verkkokauppa.com with the receipt or order number for a purchase made during the campaign period.
Each purchase counts as a separate entry. A purchase is required to enter, and you must retain your receipt.
The draw is open to individuals, excluding Verkkokauppa.com employees.
Prize draw and winner notification
The prize will be drawn within one week of the campaign's end using a third-party random generator. Verkkokauppa.com will notify the winner personally via email and arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis. The prize will be delivered as a digital gift card. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 business days, Verkkokauppa.com reserves the right to draw a new winner.
Prize
The prizes are Verkkokauppa.com gift cards as follows:
- 10 x €500 gift cards
- 5 x €1,000 gift cards
- 2 x €5,000 gift cards
Liability of the organizer
The organizer is responsible for paying any applicable lottery tax on the prizes mentioned in these rules.

- The organizer is not responsible for errors in contact details or other information provided by participants, nor for any technical issues or other obstacles preventing entry or the receipt of a prize.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the competition terms. Content will be modified as needed to ensure the campaign is carried out correctly. Rules will not be changed in a way that compromises participant privacy.
Processing of personal data
If a participant enters by filling out the separate entry form (see "Entering with a purchase not registered to a Verkkokauppa.com account"), the organizer will collect their name, contact details, and receipt number. Personal data will not be shared with third parties. The organizer processes entry data and personal information solely to conduct the draw, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. Data processing is based on the organizer's legitimate interest. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes, unless otherwise required by law.
If the purchase is registered to a customer account, personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Verkkokauppa.com’s privacy policy.
