Recycling and Electronics Recycling

You can return all electrical and electronic waste, used batteries, and ink cartridges to Verkkokauppa.com stores, or bring WEEE to the recycling point at our Vantaa pickup warehouse. We ensure all electronic waste is properly forwarded for recycling.

What is WEEE?

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) refers to discarded electrical devices. Do not dispose of WEEE with general waste. Recycling electrical equipment allows materials to be reused and ensures hazardous waste is handled correctly, protecting the environment.

WEEE includes devices and cables powered by mains electricity, batteries, or solar energy, such as household appliances, televisions, computers, phones, hair dryers, other electrical equipment, and lamps.

WEEE collection at Verkkokauppa.com

All Verkkokauppa.com stores accept WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), batteries, small accumulators, and ink cartridges. The Vantaa pickup warehouse recycling point also accepts WEEE.

You can bring items for recycling during store and pickup warehouse opening hours.

Items for WEEE recycling

If batteries can be easily removed, please remove them and place them in a separate battery recycling bin with the terminals taped. If they cannot be easily removed, bring the entire device to the WEEE collection point with the batteries still inside.
