[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great when it works. But randomly, usually during a Zoom meeting, it will suddenly start screeching loudly and that horrible sound will not stop or change volume using the volume controls. The only fix I’ve found is to change my mic and speaker sources so that the meeting is NOT using this Go device that I’d purchased specifically for meetings (ironic, yes). But when that issue is not occurring, it works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a better video conference speaker that was easy to use and didn't take up too much space. This is easy and connects via USB c. The buttons on it kinda annoy me because maybe it's me. But I could not get them to work with anything. I assume they are specific to teams. Maybe somebody else knows. Microsoft Teams suck and everybody knows that. Why make such a good speaker so specific.

I finally broke down and bought this one, and it’s everything that I needed it to be. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying several different "speakerphone" units for Zoom calls, stumbled on the 4xd1c82055. As the only non-wireless unit we've tried, I was worried about losing a USB port - already in short supply on our laptop - but suddenly, we have calls with no drop-outs, no static, and clear two-way conversations, even while multiple people are on our side of the call. Well done, Lenovo!
