I discovered this all-in-one workstation after my old Lenovo Legion Y740 gaming laptop suffered a screen backlighting issue, which eventually led to it completely shutting down due to one or more faulty fuses—it basically burned out from the inside. The Lenovo Yoga AIO 7 immediately caught my eye, both for its aesthetic design and its competitive pricing, especially considering the impressive specs and features it offers. It’s a fantastic deal with a powerful CPU and GPU at this price, plus the ability to easily rotate the screen—just perfect.
As someone who works on web design, video editing, and 3D animations across various projects and social media, this all-in-one is ideal. I'm currently building my own studio brand/startup, and this computer fits right into that workflow. Although it’s the largest and heaviest system I’ve ever owned (having only used laptops before), it’s incredibly quiet, and the fan exhausts are well-positioned. The build and sound quality are also top-notch—truly impressive.
All in all, I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ve had it since August 27, 2024. The only real issue I’ve encountered so far is that I couldn’t connect my older Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (not the newer 2021 model) directly via USB-C to use it as a touchscreen display, though it functions without the display active. From what I’ve gathered, a DisplayPort 1.4 connection is preferred for external displays. However, if you want to connect another laptop or something like a Nintendo Switch using an adapter to USB-C, it works perfectly in Type-C DP mode (the switch on the left).
