While the TV offers good enough picture quality for everyday viewing and a decent sound experience, it falls short in terms of performance. The most significant issue is the noticeable and frustrating lag when using the built-in apps, often taking several seconds to respond. Even after attempts to troubleshoot, such as restarting the TV or deleting apps, the sluggish performance persists, making the smart TV experience quite irritating. This TV is not recommended for anyone who needs a seamless app experience or for professional gaming and serious music listening.
