Amazing pizza oven for afordable price
Absolute game changer compared to the home oven. Heats up really fast, cooks quickly and well. I literally see no reason to over-spend and buy the competing devices for almost 3x price.
From several first sessions, here're my observations:
- the oven is quite bulky still, perfect for balcony
- while pizza cooks, mostly steam is emitted. If something falls on the stone - it incinerates almost immediately with a bit of smoke and even fire (another reason to keep it on the balcony)
- the oven door/plug is a bit inconvenient (you have to remove it when dealing with pizza and put it back afterwards and be mindful that it's really hot!). However, it is a minor thing
- the height of the oven space is not huge, so launching pizza for a newbie may be a bit challenging, but with the right technique it is very easy.
