Bought about 4 weeks ago, had Bose ones before, these one as are amzing.

This is the closest I have heard to a Bose in terms of sound quality. The bass is good but could have been stronger a bit more which I think would then quality for five stars. Been about 8 days since charge and used for a few hours and battery still holds strong. It’s a quality product no doubt. Sony is trustworthy and makes sound products. I will recommend it for sure.

the sound is very good, the app gives you a lot of control to find the best sound for you, held in my ears well, very pleased with them would recommend.

Great earbuds, would recommend them for anyone. Works well with iOS

Smashing realy good earphones should have bougjt them sooner

Earbuds are good quality, but memory foam tips were disappointing. I tried different sizes but they were all uncomfortable and didn't fit properly, so ANC was not working. Then I tried them with my old silicone tips ( linkbuds S) and fit and performance was so much better, uncompearable.

Upgraded my old ones to these and they are fantastic recommend to me by my partner who’s had his one for over 5 years he has the MX 4 and they are still brilliant .

Bought these to replace my Sony WF-C700N's, in between I bought AirPods Pro which integrated well with my iPhone but lacked the ability to play music like the C700N's, a big plus with Sony is the Sound Connect app where I can customise my preferred sound equaliser which is not available with the AirPods, so far I am very happy with the WF-1000XM5

Noise cancelling isn't very good compared to my old ones. Can hear traffic from a long way away. Which is ok for lanes. But running by heavy traffic its annoying. Likewise with wind tho not so bad.

Music is good quality . Don't use for call ect so don't know what thats like.

The change to the bud design and the widespread ear pain that's plagued the XM5's has been a huge disappointment to the series.

Amazing sound quality and good functionality......

I have these headphones only for a few weeks now. I am not 100% sure how good they are, I am afraid about the battery because I had the previous model that has had some serious issues with the battery that could not be improved.So I will need time in order to be able to rate it as a good product.In terms of sound and noise cancelling I'm very satisfied.

Connection to Sony app is terrible, making the headphone controls unusable

Very good earbuds, perfect sound quality. During calls, the other person cannot hear any external noise, only my voice loud and clear. Excellent noise cancelling and very comfortable to use. 5 stars!

These are very good earbuds. They help fit nice and snug, I can use them in my motorcycle helmet without feeling they are pushing against my ears. The noise cancelling is excellent I use them in the gym and I recently used them on an aircraft on a trip to Spain and they blocked the noise of the aircraft and the noisy passengers. All in all these are very good earbuds that I would recommend to others.

Excellent sound quality but awkward to get out of the charging case and tricky to fit with the supplied earbuds. I've resorted to using the earbuds from my old Sony WF-XB700 earphones which fit perfectly. The difference is that the supplied earbuds are solid rubber but the ones supplied with the older model are a different design and more malleable.

Very bad quality! You can't talk clearly on the phone, and for music it sounds pretty good but intermittent. Disappointed
