This is an amazing budget morherboard, the ptp scale is worth it and the drivers is really easy to install

I am an Asus fan anyway. This is not the first hardware I have had built by asus. Well built always reliable. I have no doubt this part of my new custom build will be as good as Asus always are. It is already running very well though less than a week as I write. I feel assured it will be flawless in 5 years time.

Bought this to upgrade an existing PC. First thing is it is a large motherboard. I had to move drives around to fit into my Tower case. The instructions that come with board are minimal with online links to some more detail.

Having installed the motherboard with a Ryzen 5 8500g CPU i discovered that the CMS was greyed out - which means no boot drive so no working pc! After a lot of investigation it turns out that a third party graphics card is needed to enable CMS. I'm not sure why as the board has all the graphics capability i need. Once a new graphics card was installed CMS became enabled and boot drives appeared. The board was set to uefi boot so i had to change this to legacy - fairly simple to do.

The onboard wifi does not work until the drivers have been downloaded from the Asus web site - not very useful if you don't have a lan connection. I had to dig out some powerline adapters to complete the install. that said the wifi is now running at over 200mbps so all good.

Documentation could be a lot better - if i had not had access to the youtube world this pc would never have been up and running but it is up and it is running well.

This is the Best Motherboard ever. I had to replace my PC because the Bluetooth chip failed but Mesh replaced the Motherboard along with the PC. Highly recommended
