Seem to work fine. Don't hurt my ears as long as I make sure everything is tucked in. I like that I can turn noise cancelling off and then I can hear my family talking to me. Haven't messed with the levels yet cos I haven't got the time but will do no doubt. The factory setting is fine tho. Connectivity is great. Battery great. Sounds is clear and bright

I bought these about two weeks ago. I wear them for long periods of time at the moment, and the battery and quick charging have been great.

The comfort for your ears, sound quality, and noise-cancelling have been very good.

The only downside I would say is that I wear them for long periods at the moment, they do cause some discomfort on the top of the head over time - adapting the size results in misplacement around the ears, so I haven't found a way around this.

Overall easy to use too.

I like them. Comfort is fine for shorter durations <1hr. Bluetooth connection with app could do with some work. Managed to get connection to phone Bluetooth but connecting via app is hit and miss for me.

Cannot mute the speakers without turning the TV speakers on.

There is a background electrical pulse that can be heard when the volume is at zero.

There is not enough base when listening to classical music.

The signal breaks up when I walk to the next room.

Hi Just received these headphones.

They look and feel like a very high quality product and given my past experiences with Sony products I have no doubt they will be fantastic.

Packing is superb and also high quality.....But !

Where is the bag to put them in and why oh why did they not include a charger !!!

Come on Sony surely a brand of this standing and quality can afford a carry bag and charger.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago and they are great. My only issue is that it isnt obvious that they are switched on or off.

Such a fantastic pair of headphones I 100% recommend if you're after some light weight good quality headphones. The sound is impeccable.

The product has bluetooth connectivity issues with laptops and sometimes even with my mobile device. It keeps disconnecting frequently and is often difficult to connect again.

Excellent, even for old ears like mine. Go on, treat yourself 😉

Etsiskelin lapselle sopivia sekä kohtuuhintaisia vastamelukuulokkeita ja siitä perspektiivistä valinnanvaraa oli suhteellisen vähän, joten Sonyn WH-CH720N päätyminen oli melko itsestäänselvää. Tähän rahaan ei saa mitään parempaa. Tuskin vaikka venyttäisi budjettia. Kuulokkeet ovat kevyet ja myös 6-vuotiaan päähän sopivat. Vastamelu on taattua Sony-laatua ja painikkeet mukavat käyttää. Akunkesto loistava. Ostan luultavasti vastaavat myös itselleni jos tarvitsen kuppikuulokkeita.

Brilliant headphones at an amazing price. As a musician I can tell the difference between high and low quality sound and these headphones are outstanding quality.

Bought these for an upcoming hospital stay where I’ll be listening more to audio and podcasts than music and have already made those adjustments (there are plenty of options to suit personal tastes). Noise cancelling is again adjustable, just right for me, not total but very efficient. The only drawback there is I can hear the thump of my own footsteps when walking (that might be normal, but I’ve been more used to AirPods until now). The biggest benefit for me was that these are much lighter to wear than very much more expensive ones, yet these have been recommended by every source I’ve read, and quite right too. Don’t pay more - these are great.

Bought this to improve my current over-ear headphones - best purchase I have made, lightweight but good quality material, comfortable with low clamping pressure and the sound quality is top notch. Sony has not disappointed, very happy.

Comfortable to wear, good connectivity. Battery lasts.

Excellent clarity. I use this pair for watching tv and you can hear so much more than just through tv alone.

These headphones are a game changer for me. Firstly the sound is just Sony quality! The noise cancellation is the best I’ve experienced and with two parrots in the house, believe me when I say I know what I’m talking about. They are extremely comfortable to wear, whether doing housework or gardening or walking to work. I have fallen asleep listening to music, woke up three hours later with no pain or discomfort. I also use these for watching television with my husband, these headphones mean that I can do this without the need for subtitles on screen, much to my husband’s delight. Connection is amazingly simple, thank goodness, even I can do it without help. The app is extremely helpful and clear with instructions and the battery life is really good. I’ve charged them initially when I got them last week and they are still running on that charge and I have used them every day for hours! I have nothing negative to say about the headphones, I recommend them fully. They are my purchase of the year! Thank you Sony— Excellence in Quality.
