Don’t cook eggs on this griddle!
I attempted to scramble some eggs. I poured out the beaten eggs onto the griddle and, although the grill was relatively level, most of the eggs poured through the slot at the edge of the grill down into the grill bottom creating a mess. The griddle has a raised ridge around its perimeter for a good reason. Why defeat this by putting a slot? Am I missing something? I expect better from a Webber.
More Cooking options
This griddle opened many grilling options I didn’t have before. I received a Traveler Grill recently and have been enjoying it as much as my last Weber which was a Genesis Silver. I had that one for over 20 years. But I could not grill on a flat griddle until now. I love the durability of the griddle and the easy clean up.
Griddle
Trying to get used to this. It does not perform like a rolled steel griddle. Food is sticking. The directions say to lightly oil the food and not the griddle. I wish Weber would make a rolled steel accessory for the traveler grill.

It’s a great add on and option to the traveler grill. Easy to clean. I will by a second on to turn the entire grill into a griddle
Best grill for camping !
I love the flat plate on grill , perfect for camping. It’s really best what they made 2 in 1!
Great for smash burgers!
Really enjoyed this so far! Bought it to make smash burgers and it has been perfect for it. Can fit about 4 patties on it. The only downside is cleaning because you can scrape it with metal like a typical flat top.
It works as it should
Not much to say, but it’s not a true cast iron. It has an enamel finish. Otherwise it’s big enough for a small meal for 2 to 4.
Griddle fits the Webber Traveler perfectly
The griddle works perfectly but you can not fit two on the grill. I wanted to convert my Traveler into a griddle for cooking breakfast.

I love having a griddle and a grill! I have used multiple times.
Great griddle but
It works great and cooks great pancakes and french toast, BUT... I bought 2 like another reviewer thinking I would have a full griddle area and they would not fit together. The tabs on the side prevent one side from fitting in the grooves totally. Going to try to ground down the tabbies to make it fit or just keep one for backup.
Slightly disappointed
Bought two, thinking we could make a full griddle, they’re not designed to fit together, so we will have to make do with just one

It helps to spray “Weber grill” non-stick spray on the grates to avoid the food sticking to the grated!
