Great for running, sleeping
I primarily use these for sleeping, as I want to listen to audiobooks while I fall asleep. They stay on my head throughout the night and don't cause the same issues as the in-ear headphones. Listening to music is not the best in these, but they are great for audiobooks. We got another pair with a shorter band aswell.
