Quality is ok but the button colour is annoying
The rice cooker itself is good quality and cooks rice well, but the indicator light is poorly designed. The button is always red, and the only difference is that it blinks when it’s not cooking and stays solid red when it is cooking. It’s very easy to miss this difference.
Many times I’ve pressed the Cook button, but it didn’t fully start, and because the button was still red, I assumed it had started cooking. Later I realized it was actually just blinking and hadn’t started at all. A clearer indicator—such as a different color or a more obvious light—would make it much easier to tell whether the cooker is actually cooking.
Overall, the rice cooker works well, but this small design choice is surprisingly frustrating and has caused me to accidentally not start cooking many times.
For this reason, I only give it 2 star. I hope the designer of this product can read this to improve it in other models.
