I am a first time mom and like many, I go crazy trying to find the best products that are reasonably priced. I tried two carriers before this and am strictly only using my Omni 360. It's super comfortable for me on both my waist/lower back and shoulders. It's also breathable for baby which is very important to me. I can also tell that baby is more secured and comfortable in this carrier.
I definitely recommend this carrier.

Works with Pavlik harness
We’re happy this works with the Pavlik harness our baby has to wear for her hip dysplasia. In fact our doctor recommended it. Way to go Ergo!

I absolutely love this carrier.. it doesnt even feel like your carrying a baby in it no pain in shoulders. You would be surprised how carrying in your hips takes all the pain of other baby carriers. Would recommend getting this if your starting or even growing your family definitely worth the cost, wish i would have got it sooner..

Very comfortable carrier and easy to use! I have tried multiple carriers from different brands and styles, and this is the most comfortable one on the lower back, especially for a heavy baby. Highly recommended.

Although it takes a few tries to get used to putting it on, by wear 4, you will be a pro! I would definitely recommend this carrier
