Effective But Pricey
After using the $599 Mosquito Magnet Pioneer for two full cycles, here are my thoughts:
Effectiveness:
Last year, I got 10 mosquito bites daily. With the Pioneer, bites dropped to 4 per day. While it’s an improvement, I expected more for the price.
Setup and Maintenance:
Setup was straightforward. I followed the instructions exactly, including replacing the attractant every 21 days.
Performance:
For large yards, the Pioneer is useful. However, for small yards, cheaper options like Thermacell might be enough.
Value for Money:
Given the price, I expected better results. The reduction in bites is decent but not outstanding.
The Mosquito Magnet Pioneer works, but its high cost and moderate effectiveness make it less appealing compared to cheaper alternatives.
