Larger binoculars can be heavy and cumbersome to carry, and the higher magnification binoculars are mostly reserved for situations where there is no other option.
Due to this, smaller binoculars are more appropriate for day to day use. The problem is that even smaller pocket binoculars can be hard to keep steady when you are in a moving vehicle, or if you are affected by cold or fatigue.
Most binoculars with stabilisation are big and heavy, but Canon have now solved that problem with this model.
Not only is the view through these bright and clear, they are very easy to use. Looking through these while observing the sights via a moving vehicle is an excellent experience because this makes viewing through these way smoother.
The stabilisation is not required in many situations because 8x25 is not so hard to keep steady but people who think binoculars of this size don’t need stabilisation are wrong. Many people like to carry small binoculars and often they might be using them in situations where their hands can’t steady the binoculars. This is now the smallest pair of binoculars with stabilisation, which means it makes them extremely useful.
The build quality is fantastic, and Canon optics are of the highest quality. Love these, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small pair of binoculars with stabilisation.
