Toimiva laukaisin ainakin Canon R6 Mark II kameraan.

Sopii kuvaajalle, joka haluaa kuvata tärähtämättömiä kuvia jalustan kanssa. Käytän pääasiassa arkkitehtuurikuvaukseen ja satunnaisesti kuviin, joissa olen itse mukana. Pieni kaukolaukaisin piiloutuu kämmeneen ja bluetoothin ansiosta kameran voi laukaista vaikka selkänsä takaa.

I bought this a month ago and I would say that the quality is good, but it is expensive for what it is. It is just a small control with 4 buttons. Not many features. Before this I had the Sony RMT-DSLR2 for Sony cameras, which has a lot more features and is is half the price. Very expensive, Canon!

This review concerns use with the Canon EOS R6. Setup is easy. The remote works just fine.. just as expected.. unless you need instantaneous shutter release. The R6 only provides options between either a 10 sec delay.. or 2 second delay. If you need to fire the shutter really fast then BR-E1 won't do. However, this problem could be fixed by Canon by adding instant release in a firmware upgrade for the camera. Until this happens, if ever, instant shutter release is only possible by means of a smartphone app or cable.

It is possible that other compatible camera bodies offer different remote shutter release options than the R6 does. The 10 sec and 2 sec options are of course quite useful in many cases, but the missing 0 sec delay option, vital for say portrait sessions, is important to be aware of. Anyways, the Canon BR-E1 seems to be a solid and reliable product.

I got this with my mark III for Xmas with the tripod remote holder. The video I have managed to get it to do. But it won't connect properly to be able to take pictures. I cannot for the life of me get it to do it. I have trouble shooted it on forums and online. YouTube. Disconnected and reconnected it. Changed settings. Everything. Nothing will make it do it. Pressing the photo capture button just has it focusing on whatever the camera is pointed at but doesn't capture the image. So pretty useless for photos. Useful for video though. And it doesn't come with a manual.... I downloaded a manual... and it still doesn't cover this issue. And looking online I'm not the only one with this issue.

This has made such a difference and given me many more photo taking options. Brilliant little device.

Bought this Bluetooth remote control as it is currently the only wireless shuttle release compatible with my EOS 800D. Work as advertised but pricey. Available in 3 modes (single shoot, 2-second delay single shoot, movie mode). However, no option to use it for continuous shooting mode, which is a shame as could not take action photos such as jumping shot. Also no option to switch off the device, hence might be wasting the battery when not in use. Lastly, it doesn't include the instruction manual in the box, hence one need to find online for instruction to pair the device with the camera and how to use it.

Purchased this recently and it turns out you can't use this remote if your phone is connected to the camera at the same time for auto transfer and location tagging. I have no choice but to use my phone paired with the camera for location tags otherwise it doesn't work with the remote.

On a side note, images in the new CRAW format cannot have locations attached to them.

I received the item from canon in a very short time which allowing for the time of year was a good start, a great little piece of kit and will be used a lot in the future.

Bought this as Christmas gift. Need to test it properly but was delivered promptly and receiver is very happy with it
