The internet keep disconnect and reconnect
I bought my TP-link M7350 and received it around beginning of May. Since i started to use it, I am very happy because of it long lasting battery which is very important to me.
But then i found this problem, my internet connection keep disconnect and then about 30-40second it will automatically connect again, and it keeps happens until now, in the setting->wifi it is always showing the name of devices, but it is not connection when the things happens, either it will reconnect itself after around 20-30 second or i after longer time like 2-3 mins i have to do it manually.
Some times during 15 mins it happens about 5-8 times, some times only inside 5 mins, it happened 4 times. In 1 hour, it happens averages about 10-20 times.
Now i noticed that it tends to have longer disconnect and some times i have to wait over 2-3 min and then i have to manually connect it myself.
It is very frustrated and annoying to me when it keep happens like that. When i have a call to my family, my friend and even my work place, it keep drop out the phone call because of internet disconnection, today i had called my family and during 10 mins i have to tried to call them 4 times after my call drop out because of my internet disconnection.
Please help me find out what is this problem? Is that can be solve? Or can i change other new devices because i have just bought it less than a month?
I cannot bear this kind of situation so long, it is really affect me by many ways concern with internet using. You can imagine that you call to your friend or family and keep repeating one thing because you cannot finished it in one call, have to call again and again because of lost connection. Or when downloading somethings, you have to do it over and over again because when it about to finish, your internet gets lost. This problem making me kind of stressful. Thank you and really hope that this problem can be solve
I tried to contact the support technique, but i dont know if it can be solve, is there any way that i can change to the other same product? Feeling so stressfull
