Collection and delivery worked well.

Not sure about the QR code operation to download the correct model manual; there were so many to choose from!

Was able to set it up, primarily due to my knowledge of the previous model and going online.

Picture quality seems excellent but still evaluating in different scenes including those shot in semi darkness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The graphics are the best I've seen on a TV. I like how I'm able to get 165Hz on this TV with such great quality and detail. Personally, I'd tell you to get this TV; it's worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research following the purchase of a Samsung TV earlier this year which had to be returned, I opted for the LG OLED C6 48". The TV is great & after a few false starts, pretty easy to navigate the menu to set it up to our taste.

There is only one issue with it. I am unable to access Netflix either via the App on the Home screen or the dedicated button on the remote control without the screen juddering once I log into Netflix. Once this happens its impossible to select a programme or continue watching something you were watching previously. I've read some reviews from other C6 owners who say this occurs when using the magic remote cursor/pointer. But the same issue persists even without the pointer activated. I can only get to Netflix via my Amazon Firestick which is not ideal.

For this reason I have given the OLED C6 only 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv quality is good, only issue i have, and im still awaiting help from lg is i have bose in hdmi port, and although it says you can use tv ears, it cannot be plugged in with bose as onlt 1 out sound source works, very frustrating as i checked pre purchase and didnt know i would have an isdue with using both together

Can’t comment on the sound as I use a sound bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is runs well and smooth from what I experienced Sound is pretty poor for some games though. Graphics look great though a bit too bright at times had adujust brightness quite abit. Also the fact the 42 inch was woled is a let down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV that lives up to all of my expectations, picture quality and options are superb, and the sound quality is excellent too. My only minor quibble is the AI remote which is difficult to control and the removal of a source button seems a bit strange, but it is easy enough to use or switch the controls to something a bit easier to handle. Otherwise, the apps on the TV are comprehensive and useful.

Not what I expect after paying so much. It seems like LG are trying to fleece their customers for more money just to use basic features.

Delivery service could have been better. The delivery came. bit too early even before the bracket so we had to find another handyman to put the TV up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is ok at the moment only had it a couple of weeks but fingers crossed it will be a good investment
