Nice and Simple
I don't think for the price anyone can ask anymore than this.
If anything, a couple of things to take into account are the charger still using the microUSB connector which is less and less common every day and the fact that there is basically only one LED, which is plenty bright, but doesn't provide that much light around as a few would.
