Kokemukset ja arvostelut

Toinen Philipsin 4K tv minulle ja molemmat ovat olleet oikein toimivia pelejä.

Tässä TVssä ruutu oikein laadukkaan oloinen, micro dimming ominaisuus vaikuttaa mukavasti tummien ja kirkkaiden kontrasteihin.

Ääni vaikuttaa melko muhkealta Dolby Atmoksen myötä, silti ihan perus TV kaiutin tyyliä mutta sopiva jos ei liiemmin tärkeää.

Käyttömukavuudelta voi sanoa että vaikka kaukosäätimessä on ääniohjaus (googleen tai alexaan) on se silti vähän heiveröinen, perus kapula. Androidia on vähän turhan monimutkaista navigoida mielestäni, liikaa on piilotettu erilaisten tabsien taakse. Mutta kyllä androidin kanssa muuten toimeen tulee ja Play lisää monipuolisuutta.

Kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä ostos.

Aluksi oli ongelmia kuvan kanssa. Yritin muunnella asetuksia, mutta silti ohjelmat näyttivät paperinukke esityksiltä koska etualalla olevien hahmojen reunat olivat ylikorostettuja ja tuntui että ovat photarilla kömpelösti liitettyjä taustalle (tosin pelatessa tämä kyseinen efekti toimi järkevästi ja grafiikka näytti todella hienolta). Harkitsin jo television palauttamista, mutta sitten puolivahingossa laitoin "elokuva" asetuksen päälle leffaa katsoessa ja kuva muuttui samantien normaaliksi. En tiedä minkä filtterin kyseinen asetus heittää päälle, mutta ohjelmat näyttivät jälleen tv ohjelmilta eikä teatteriesityksiltä. Kuvan laatu on huippu ja nyt siitä voi nauttia täysillä, kun häiritsevä efekti katosi. Joten jos kuvan kanssa ongelmaa, älä palauta tuotetta heti vaan kokeile elokuva asetusta!

Ambilight on ihana ja tykkään tv:n harmaista reunoista. Sulautuu paremmin ympäristöön kun on vaalea seinä taustalla. Kaukosäädin on kaukosäädin, toimii niinkuin pitää enkä näe sen käytössä ongelmia.

Yksi tähti lähtee arvostelussa, koska jotkut eivät välttämättä koskaan hoksaa kokeilla elokuva efektin käyttöä ja saattavat säätää ja vääntää kuvaa customista saamatta koskaan sitä toivottua tulosta joka löytyisi valmiina. Ei varsinaisesti tv:n syy, mutta vaikuttaa joillain käyttömukavuuteen ja kaikki eivät ole yhtä kärsivällisiä etsimään ratkaisua.

Kuulokeliitännässä ääni tulee myöhässä joten sitä kautta ei voi yhdistää vahvistimeen kun äänet kuuluu kahteen kertaan. Jos et käytä kuulokeliitäntää tämä telkkari voi sopia sinulle.

Hyvä kuva ja sovellukset toimii hyvin. Ollut hyvä hankinta!

Television arrived on time, as promised. The hand-held device is far too small and needs re-designing. I have average size fingers but keep pressing the wrong button. The BBCiplayer app was corrupted (no sound) even though I had sound OK on all the other apps so I deleted it in order to install again. Simple I thought - now Google and Philips seem to think it is already installed and won't let me install the app to try again. A nightmare as I bought a smart tv mainly for the bbc iplayer. Otherwise the TV looks good and everything else, especially the pretty lights at the back of the screen is marvellous.

Kokonaisuutena hintansa arvoinen televisio.ainut mikä huonoa on kaiuttimet.Tilanteen saa korjattua onneksi kotiteatterilla..

got to b honest the p5 processor is tops,only problem i have is the tv will not let you form a list of favourite channels so you have to learn the numbers of each channel which does irritate me, i forget them tried everything but cannot make a favourite list,infact just ordered the newer model 9005 hope this is better

We purchased this as liked the idea of the large screen with ambilight but mostly we wanted a smart tv that had all the catch up services available. We panicked before it came as reviews indicated that the catch up services were not available and came very close to cancelling the order.

On arrival, I will not lie, the product was a huge disappointment. The only catch up service on the tv that worked was channel 5. BBC iplayer was available as an app but the screen was just black, All4 was totally missing and there was no app available to download either, and itv player displayed a message saying it as not supported by the manufacturers OS.

We set about reading reviews to see if others were experiencing the same issues and thank goodness, one review told us “the fix”.

Upgrade the tv to the latest version, then reset the tv (not the factory reset) but one that takes you totally back to the beginning when you first plug it in, meaning you have to re-enter your details. With an aerial in the back of the tv, do a scan of the channels. The apps should now be available however may still show a black screen. Unplug your tv for a few minutes but when turned on again, everything works!

Considering there are a lot of very disappointed customers regarding this issue, I have written this review to share the “fix” that solved it for us. However, I believe that Philips should either be sorting this out prior to the TVs leaving the factory or sending a flyer out with step by step instructions.

Now we are very happy with the tv and it does everything that we wanted it to do.

It seems this is a relative common problem with this model. In my case, right after the warranty had expired the tv went totally black. Everything else is working (sound, ambilight, even the images are visible using a torch). But no backlight at all.

Omituisia logiikka virheitä siellä täällä, mutta kyllä ne oppii välttämään.

Hyvät säädöt, mutta Esim. mustaa ei saa täysin mustaksi.

Helppo käyttöön otto.

Ainoa iso miinus, että minulle lähetettiin uutena selvästi jo käytössä ollut yksilö, takana näkyy seinätelineen jäljet (kuvassa näkyy himmeästi).

Tv kuva ja ääni hintaansa nähden huippu luokkaa!

Bought this tv to replace 55 inch Philips I had for about 4 years. That had a better picture than this one, after spending a week fiddling with the numerous settings I can finally get a reasonable SDR picture the moment you try something in HDR the automatic settings kick and the picture is terrible. Washed out colours and a dark grey wash to everything, tried to adjust the settings and went on line and found a few settings that helped but 1080p is much better than the 4K on this tv

                  Philips 55PUS7304 on helppokäyttöinen ja monipuolinen, sovelluksia on saatavilla runsaasti ja niiden käyttö on yksinkertaista ja nopeaa. Kuvanlaatu on käsittämättömän hieno, eikä maallikon korvaan äänentoistossakaan ole valittamista. Ambilight-ominaisuudet ovat hauska lisä ja niiden avulla saat luotua ihan uudenlaisen tunnelman esimerkiksi elokuvaa katsoessasi.
                  Miinusta takeltelevasta ääniohjauksesta sekä siitä ettei osaa valmiista sovelluksista voi poistaa, vaikka niitä ei käyttäisikään. Näistä huolimatta hinta-laatusuhde on loistava!

Picture is finally ok after hours of fiddling with settings. The main problem with this TV is the smart side of things. No ITV, C4 or 5 catch up apps. The only one that actually works out of the box is the BBC iPlayer app. However, that had no sound... So we tried streaming BBC iplayer from our phones but alas on 3 different phones the sound isn't in sync with the picture. It works fine on our other non Philips TV by the way... So we then discovered there was a software update... We updated and now the sound is slightly better in sync with the picture when streaming BBC iPlayer but it still isn't perfect. Bit now the built in BBC iPlayer app doesn't work at all. Just a blank screen. Bought this TV thinking it would be amazing what with the specs on paper. If it worked as it was meant to then that would be fine but sadly -as with everything Philips I have ever owned - it is buggy and doesn't work properly. Should have listened to the bad reviews.

Tv seems pretty basic, remote feels low end and cheap! Have yet to be able to use any smart functions as there’s something wrong with the wifi. Purchased a week ago reported fault immediately and Phillips are sending software to try but if that doesn’t work will have to wait for an engineer. Am not impressed.

The tv has a 2 second lag from the remote to the tv and the keypad on the back has never worked even when we bought a new one it still doesnt work. The settings are over complicated. The actual screen is slightly fuzzy and now has decided to die after 3.5 years. On the positive side the ambilight is really good and I will be sad to not have it on any future tv I buy.

I was watching TV with my family when to our surprise the TV just stopped working. We heard the sound, we thought it was a TV operator problem but we realized it was a TV problem because nothing else appears on the screen. Not on TV, Youtube, nothing, no image.

What chocked me most was the atitude of the technical assistance saying "it is a question of luck or bad luck"or " this is high tech, it happens"

With over 100 (most useless) channels on Freeview and nearly 1000 on Satellite its inconceivable to build a TV that does not support Favourites lists on both Antenna and Satellite, but that's what Philips have managed to produce.

Perushyvä tv kohtuuhintaan. Hyvän kuvanlaatu ja melkein heti käyttövalmis.

Great TV lots of features built in Android TV and chrome cast Also now after the update it has Freeview Play with all the required catchup via iPlayer, All4, ITV Hub and My5 also has Satellite, Picture amazing (PS4 Pro OMG) and sound from built in speakers very good

The colours are amazing, the sound is dolby atmos, 65inch screen is like being at the cinema, easy to set up and no problems whatsoever.

Recently bought this Philips tv as my old one decided to stop working. So spent some time looking at different brands. I then came across this tv, after comparing and reading reviews I decided to buy it. I knew people were having issues with picture quality so I prepared that I was going to have to do some tweaking and now I have a really good picture. The issues I'm having with the tv is that the motion blur messes with my eyes. I have tried all settings and even tried turning it off but I can still see it, I find movie motion setting is the best but not perfect. The tv seems to do a hard reset while watching Netflix or YouTube on the actual tv itself, so while watching a film on Netflix it will freeze but the sound is still playing then it will reset itself. The WiFi connection is unstable as it keeps dropping, there's no issues with my router as all my other devices are fine. And the last issue is that once, when on the home screen, the picture was shaking, so like all the apps were moving side to side slightly, and all the images were shaking. So I'm undecided on what to do with the tv at the moment, im not overly impressed.
